If you are away and would like us to email a proxy to you, please let us know.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here&#8217;s a summary of the info you&#8217;ll receive:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0We have an <i>exceptional<\/i> Board of Directors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0EMP is safe, secure and well-maintained.<\/li>\n<li>We have new windows, new elevators and much, much more.<\/li>\n<li>Roof replacement and plaza reconstruction programs are underway.<\/li>\n<li>10 of our 11 stores are rented &#8212; at very good rents.<\/li>\n<li>If we attempt to go private again, <em>these Board members will support it. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">We urge you to re-elect <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ALL FIVE<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><\/b>Mark Andermanis<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b>Steven Goldstein<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b>Janice Kabel<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><b> <\/b>Mala Mosher<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><b> <\/b>Larry Weiner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">One other issue<\/span><\/b>: Vote <b>FOR<\/b> the resolution to increase the purchase price of our apartments. The increase will pay for major projects and help keep our maintenance low.
