EMPTCA and EMP have filed their briefs with the Court of Appeals. It seems that the Court of Appeals (the highest court in New York State) is very selective as to what cases it hears and overturns a good percentage of those that it does take.

Isn’t is a good sign that the court of appeals is hearing our case? Is there enough money to fund the appeal?
