Per a Memo from the Board today, EMP’s mortgages and Amalgamated loans have been re-financed at a lower rate which will save EMP a great deal of money and provided $15 Million to be used for capital projects and push back the day assessments are required if we do not go private. I can’t wait to see tomorrow morning’s memo from the Anti/Obstructionists saying how the loan re-fi is a bad thing for EMP. I can’t imagine what negative they they can come up with. This should be good!
