Exercise Room may move to old East End Temple Space

The Board has approved by 5 to 1 a motion to obtain a preliminary design and estimated cost to relocate the EMP Exercise Room from the G Building to 403 First Avenue (formerly East End Temple). What’s your opinion on moving the exercise room?

What is going on in G Building on the 25th floor?

Everyone in the top of G building is abuzz about the racket coming from this apartment. We were able to get in there today and they are using pneumatic hammers to break up the concrete on the terrace. Is this safe? Hear the noise for yourself!
