The new Orion Diner & Grill has opened in the old Cosmos Diner space on the SW corner of 2nd Avenue and 23rd Street. Has anyone tried it? Why do they call it a grill? The menu is just plain-old diner.

EMPTCA and EMP have filed their briefs with the Court of Appeals. It seems that the Court of Appeals (the highest court in New York State) is very selective as to what cases it hears and overturns a good percentage of those that it does take.

Has anyone switched over to FIOS? Is the cost really $79.99 per month or is that a come on? How was the installation? How’s the service (TV picture, Internet speed)?
